Do we give free estimates?
Yes, we do give free estimates over the phone for most of our services. We come to your location if needed to give free duct cleaning estimates.
What services Do we provide?
Carpet, area rugs, furniture, dryer vent, tile and air duct cleaning. We also stretch carpet and perform emergency water extractions.
How often should I get my dryer vent cleaned?
Annually, if not more often. This is the 2nd leading cause of fires in homes. If you do a lot of laundry very often you should clean them more often. Or, if you notice it is taking more time to dry the load, that is a good indicator they need cleaned.
How often should I get my air ducts cleaned?
Depends on how much dust is brought into your home and if you have animals. Some homes have never had their ducts cleaned and they are far overdue. Once you have them cleaned they should be checked by a professional every year to see how they are doing.
How often should I vacuum my carpet?
Normally once or twice a week.
What kind of system do we use to clean carpet?
We use the Steamin Demon System. It is recommended by the Shaw Industries. They have tested it in their laboratories and found it to be a very effective method of cleaning carpet. It is a high flow hot water extraction system.
How often should I get my carpet cleaned?
Normally about once a year. Depends on how much traffic you get in certain areas or how much traffic you have entering your space. Pets and frequent guests can increase this to multiple times a year or even quarterly.

How long will it take for the carpet to dry?
Generally 3-6 hours. It helps to have as much air movement as possible and a suitable temperature in the home or office.
Can you get pet odors and stains out of my carpet?
We can definitely improve the appearance and odor of your carpet. The real problem is in the carpet pad. Sometime the best thing to do is to replace the carpet pad and then clean and deodorize the carpet.
